Agreement

By creating an account and using VerseVibe ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.

The Service

VerseVibe is a private, personal biblical diary application that provides:

• • Biblical dream journaling and AI-powered scriptural interpretation
• • Daily journaling with scripture alignment
• • Prayer tracking
• • Personal spiritual reflection tools

VerseVibe is a personal spiritual tool only. It is not a substitute for pastoral counselling, professional mental health support, or the guidance of a qualified minister or church leader.

Your Account

• • You must be 18 years or older to create an account
• • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
• • You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• • You may not share your account with others
• • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Subscription and Payment

• • VerseVibe is offered on a monthly subscription basis at AUD $4.99 per month
• • A 14-day free trial is available to new subscribers
• • No credit card charge occurs during the free trial period
• • After the trial period, your nominated payment method will be charged AUD $4.99 per month
• • Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled
• • All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc.
• • Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable

Cancellation and Refunds

• • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• • No refunds are provided for partial months
• • Upon cancellation your account remains accessible until the end of the paid period
• • After cancellation your diary data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion

Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including any applicable guarantees.

AI-Generated Content

VerseVibe uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate biblical interpretations and scripture suggestions. You acknowledge that:

• • AI-generated content is for personal spiritual reflection only
• • Interpretations are based solely on the Bible and are not guaranteed to be complete or definitive
• • AI content does not constitute theological advice, pastoral guidance or professional counsel
• • You are encouraged to bring any significant dreams or reflections to your pastor or a trusted spiritual mentor
• • The Holy Spirit is the true interpreter — the App is a tool to assist reflection, not replace discernment

Your Content

• • Your diary entries, dreams, prayers and journal entries belong to you
• • You grant VerseVibe a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service
• • We do not use your personal diary content for training AI models or any commercial purpose
• • You are responsible for the content you enter into the App

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• • Attempt to access another user's account or data
• • Reverse engineer, copy or reproduce any part of the App
• • Use the App to generate content that violates any law or third party rights
• • Attempt to circumvent security measures or rate limits

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code and branding of VerseVibe — including the name, logo, tagline "Vibe of the Word", and all app interfaces — is owned by VerseVibe (Sole Trader, ABN 13 363 863 995) and protected by Australian and international copyright law.

Scripture quotations are from publicly available Bible translations and remain the property of their respective copyright holders.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, VerseVibe disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, VerseVibe's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

VerseVibe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
