Subscription Terms

Subscription Plan

Free Trial

• • New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial
• • No charge is made during the trial period
• • You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge
• • After 14 days your nominated payment method will be charged AUD $4.99 plus GST
• • One free trial per person — duplicate accounts are not eligible

Billing

• • Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month
• • You will receive an email receipt from Stripe after each successful payment
• • If a payment fails, Stripe will retry automatically
• • If payment continues to fail your account will be suspended until payment is resolved

Cancellation

• • Cancel at any time through your account settings or by emailing hello@versevibe.net
• • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• • You retain access to the App until the end of the paid period
• • No partial month refunds are provided
• • Your diary data is retained for 30 days after cancellation then permanently deleted

Price Changes

• • We will provide at least 30 days notice of any price changes by email
• • Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price
• • You may cancel at any time if you do not accept a price change

GST

VerseVibe is registered for GST purposes. The subscription price of AUD $4.99 excludes GST. A tax invoice is available upon request by emailing hello@versevibe.net.

Australian Consumer Law

Our subscriptions come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
