The VerseVibe application, including but not limited to its name, logo, tagline ("Vibe of the Word"), design, user interface, features, code, written content, devotional content, and all other materials are the intellectual property of VerseVibe (Sole Trader, ABN 13 363 863 995), protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and applicable international copyright law.

What Is Protected

The following are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified or used without express written permission from VerseVibe:

• • The VerseVibe name and brand identity
• • The tagline "Vibe of the Word"
• • All 52 weekly devotional texts created for VerseVibe
• • All app design, layouts and user interface elements
• • All written pastoral content within the app
• • The app's system prompts and AI instruction content

Scripture

Scripture quotations used within VerseVibe are from publicly available Bible translations. VerseVibe does not claim copyright over scripture text. All scripture remains the property of its respective publishers and copyright holders.

User Content

Your personal diary entries, dreams, prayers and journal content remain your own intellectual property. VerseVibe claims no ownership over content you create within the App.
